missingWrote a review on Dec 24delicious breakfastclean roomunpleasant experience
My family and I stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast was surprisingly delicious. The full English was really good! The room was clean, but the shower door needed fixing. I had an uncomfortable situation when a staff member just walked in without knocking, which upset my daughter. I probably wouldn't choose this place again.

The Sunday carvery was a proper feast, with five meats and all the trimmings—10 out of 10! It’s all about the local grub here, folks.
Right, so no one was there to welcome us, and you had to ring up for directions. The toilet made a racket and had barely any loo roll. don’t expect any food or parking perks here. it's non-existent and a bit of a faff.

This place suits me perfectly! It has free wi-fi in public areas, a cozy bar/lounge, and flat-screen TVs. I'll never forget how the staff helped me print tickets on my first stay. I'm coming back for a weekend!

missingWrote a review on Dec 07locationcheck-insmall roominsufficient heatingslow service
The location is ideal, with easy access to bus and train services. Check-in was impressively quick, even for a late arrival. the room was disappointingly small, barely fitting the essentials, and lacked adequate heating. Breakfast service was slow, and the meal itself was subpar, with my order arriving incorrectly.

Comfortable room with great breakfast options
I recently stayed for one night and found my room to be clean, warm, and very comfortable, which made my visit enjoyable. The breakfast was a highlight, offering delicious choices like smoked salmon and scrambled eggs that were cooked perfectly. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were helpful when I needed assistance with my access late at night. I felt that some additional attention to room amenities would enhance the experience further.

I loved the cozy bar/lounge area. it was perfect for winding down after a day out. The room, though, could use some soundproofing against the busy road noise. 🛏️
